Regeneron Westchester Science & Engineering Fair

November 18th, 2020 – Online Registration Opens
Teachers must register first and then work directly with their students to register them one at a time using the new zFairs platform. Students should NOT register on their own.
December 8th, 2020 – Online Registration Closes
Online registration closes for student registration. No additional students may be added after this date.
December 15th, 2020 – Student Paperwork Deadline
Students are responsible for uploading their own forms and paperwork ONLINE in order to qualify for Regeneron WESEF 2021. You must use the zFairs platform to determine which forms will be needed for your project and upload signed PDF files for all required forms. All student paperwork must include the WESEF Abstract, Research Paper, and Research Plan.
This is also the deadline for WESEF payment for Registration Fees. Student registration for WESEF 2021 is $30. Please check with your teachers to determine if your school is covering this fee or if you are responsible. In addition the fee for the optional, extended deadline ($130 = combined $30 fee (reduced rate for 2021) + $100 late fee) must also be submitted by Dec. 8th!!
January 15th, 2021 – Optional LATE Deadline
Optional LATE Deadline for final registrant paperwork (must have pre-paid $130 – combined $30 fee (reduced rate for 2021)+ $100 late fee). This includes student research paper, official abstract form and any additional project specific forms. All paperwork must be received by this date. Failure to submit necessary paper work will result in a disqualification.

March 15 – 18th, 2021 – Regeneron WESEF 2021
Regeneron WESEF 2021 will be a virtual Science Fair where judging sessions will be scheduled over three consecutive days in the evenings between 5pm and 9pm. Students will present three times in a virtual rooms to two judges at a time. This will allow students to be judged with a total of six independent scores by highly qualified judges.
Student will be assigned a day based on their category (see below) and will have to be available to present during the 4 hour window that evening. It is possible that students may need to present on more than one day, so please plan ahead to ensure availability March 15th – 18th.

March 23rd, 2021 – The Regeneron WESEF 2021 Awards Ceremony
The Regeneron WESEF 2021 Awards Ceremony will be shown Tuesday, March 23rd, 2021 at approximately 7pm. This will likely be shown as a pre-recorded ceremony available online, the link to the award ceremony will be posted on the WESEF.org site that evening.
